Glady has been in childcare for 20 years. She decided to open up her dayhome because childcare is her passion. Watching children grow and flourish under her care are some of Glady's favorite parts of the profession. Glady has been able to cultivate close relationships with her families. Some of her families who moved still keep in touch with her. Glady has a background in computer science and worked for six years in Hong Kong before moving to Canada. Her Hobbies include hiking, cooking, baking, and reading. She is currently in the process of completing the childcare level 1 course.
